3. If I order more than one yard of a certain ribbon, will I get one continuous piece?
Yes, if you order more than one yard you will get one continuous piece. If you order a design that is more than 5 yards, you might get more than one piece, but we will add an additional free yard.
4. What are the shipping charges for the USA?
Your entire order ships for one flat shipping fee of $2.50, but if you order $30 or more, your orders ships for free.
5. What shipping service do you use for shipping within the USA?
All orders ship via usps first class mail with delivery confirmation. If you order more than $65, we will ship your order for free and we will upgrade your shipment to usps PRIORITY mail. Please understand that once we ship your package, we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. If you wish to insure your package, please contact us prior to placing your order.
6. How long does usps first class take to arrive? Usps Priority?
Usps first class mail takes approx. 3-5 business days to arrive after it ships out. Usps priority takes approx. 2-3 business days to arrive after it ships out.
7. Do you ship to other countries? How much does international shipping cost?
Yes, we ship all over the world. International shipments can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 10 weeks depending on delays due to Customs in your country. Any duty/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship international packages via usps first class international mail. Larger international orders are shipped via usps priority international and usps express international. Please see our section labeled "SHIPPING" for exact shipping charges. Please understand that once we ship your package, we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
8. After I pay for my order, how long does it take to process my order before it ships?
Processing time is between 1-4 business days depending on the number of orders that we have to process.
9. Can I add to an order that I just placed?
We get many orders each day, and If you need to add to an existing order, you would need to place a new order. Sorry...Trying to combine orders significantly slows down our processing procedures.
